Gustavo Gonzalez is an Education Programs Consultant in the Language Policy and Leadership Office at the California Department of Education (CDE). He supports the implementation of State English learner initiatives and provides technical assistance to local educational agencies and the public. Gustavo has experience with language policy and educating English learners as a K–12 teacher, teacher educator, and with the CDE that spans 27 years.
