I am currently implementing an administrative credentialing program with a focus on Equity Principled Leadership. The program has developed equity principles for each course and has embedded those principles in the course curriculum. The goal of the program is to impart to each participant an equity consciousness that drives their work at school sites, district offices and the broader educational community. Equity becomes a way of seeing the world, a new worldview.
