Hear how the State English Learner Road Map, Proposition Regulations, recent research and efforts to address the bilingual teacher shortage are supporting new and expanding multilingual programs. What advocacy locally and statewide can do to make sure the state accountability system accurately reflects and informs services and programs for English Learners.
